Karen Foster Countdown Calendar

Oh My GOSH! I can't tell you how fun this project was to make!
I decided to create a winter scene on the front of my countdown calendar. These chipboard trees are the cutest winter embellishment I've seen in a while!
I used stickles to create "snow" on my trees.

Side View

Since I created a scene on my calendar, some of my "mountain" made it impossible to open the middle drawers. Simple solution - I connected the kits' Tim Holtz Charm Fragments with jewelry fasteners to these drawers. (This is my favorite part!)

I can't wait to fill this baby full of Christmas surprises each day of December for my kiddos!

Supplies:
Karen Foster Designs Countdown Calendar
SEI Alpine Frost/Rim Frost, Alpine Frost, Sleigh Ride, Through the Woods
Chipboard trees
My Little Bicycle Christmas chipboard
Tim Holtz Charm Fragments
Stickles

That looks GREAT! I just got mine in the mail today and am making an Advent calendar for my Granddaughter (it's a little late, but she can use it for years to come).

What did you use to cut your paper to match the pull holes in each drawer? I suppose I could just draw a template and cut it by hand, but a punch would be much easier if one existed. ;)
